My name is Tavoris Chapman, and I am a confident Media Production student at Ball State University with a passion for YouTube content creation, sports videography, and video editing. As a graduate of South Side High School in Fort Wayne, I excel in videography and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

Ball State University - ESPN Student Production Assistant, Muncie, IN (August 2024- Present)

Camera Operator for Live Sports Productions during Home Ball State Games for ESPN & ESPN+
Set up and tear down cameras for broadcast games at Worthen Arena, Schumann Stadium, Briner Sports Complex, Softball Diamond, and Shebek Stadium.
Worked in behind-the-scenes positions such as TOC and Utilities

Newslink Indiana Production - Muncie, IN (September 2023 - Present)

I had the exciting opportunity to direct shows using Ross Overdrive, where I crafted dynamic and seamless live productions!
Harnessed the power of Live Production equipment, skillfully operating a Teleprompter and remote cameras to create a dynamic and engaging broadcast experience.
Assisted in dynamic floor directing, expertly coding the shows, and creating captivating graphics!

Ball State Esports Production - Videographer/Video Editor Muncie, IN (August 2023- Present)

Created captivating long-form content for the Ball State Esports YouTube Channel, bringing exciting stories and moments!
Filmed content using the Sony FX3 camera
Utilized Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for video editing

Live sports production for home baseball games at Parkview Field for the MILB.TV, Bally Sports Live, and MyNetworkTV (WPTA 21Alive).

Operated the Ikegami HC-HD 300 Camera with Tripods
I learned to use an audio board with over 16 channels, specifically the Allen & Heath SQ-5.Set up the NAT sound mics at the ballpark and monitored audio channels closely to capture every moment perfectly!
